Hi I'm Prakhar 👋
Product Designer turning user insights into shippable experiences.
I research, prototype, test, and iterate.
Balancing business goals, tech constraints, and usability.
4 case studies • 4 live demos • 6 usability checks • system-ready components
Product Design Projects
LifeSync — Adaptive Routine & Habit Intelligence
Adaptive routine system that helps users recover after misses—without restarting
Product Design (E2E): Designed the core loop (Plan → Do → Miss → Recover) with flows/IA, hi-fi UI, and interactive prototype.
Customer Outcomes (VOC insights) : Translated user pain points (drop-offs after misses) into recovery-first rules (Minimum Viable Day, re-plan logic, supportive microcopy).
Future Lab / Rapid prototyping: Modeled Adaptive Day signals (energy/workload/constraints) and documented insights + edge cases.
Validated with 6 usability checks • 2 iterated rounds • edge cases & states documented
Role : End-to-end Product Design (Research → Flows/IA → Hi-fi UI → Prototype → Iteration)

LifeSync
AccessMap — Step-Free Navigation
Accessible routing that helps users choose step-free paths with confidence.
Product Design (E2E): Designed end-to-end route flow + IA (search → route options → step-free filters → guidance) with clear map interactions.
Customer Outcomes (VOC): Turned real accessibility pain points into trust cues and decision clarity (why this route, what to expect, fallback options).
Future Lab / Rapid prototyping: Modeled a scalable accessibility taxonomy (stairs/ramps/elevators/curb cuts) and documented constraints + edge cases.
Validated with usability checks • trade-offs documented (accuracy vs detours vs interaction cost) • edge cases covered (missing data, elevator outages)

Study Planner — Recovery-first Planning
Planning system that reduces overwhelm and helps users stay consistent after misses.
Product Design (E2E): Structured IA + workflows (plan → time-block → track → reschedule) with hi-fi UI and prototype.
Customer Outcomes (VOC): Turned pain points (overwhelm, missed plans) into a supportive recovery flow + clearer “next best action.”
Future Lab / Rapid prototyping: Explored lightweight scheduling logic + state handling (overdue, conflicts, low-time) and documented insights.
Validated with usability checks • 2 iteration rounds • edge cases & states documented
Role: End-to-end Product Design (Research → Flows/IA → Hi-fi UI → Prototype → Iteration)

UPI Shield — Scam-Resistant Payments
Trust & safety payment journey that keeps users in control with clear risk states and safe actions.
Product Design (E2E): Mapped scam journeys (collect requests, spoofed payees, urgency cues) and designed a protection-first flow with verified identity + progressive disclosure.
Customer Outcomes (VOC): Turned anxiety into decision clarity—risk reasons, messaging hierarchy, and safe CTAs (block/report/cancel).
Future Lab / Rapid prototyping: Prototyped state-based risk UI and documented insights across key states (identity-unknown, suspicious request, pending/failed).Validated with usability checks • 2 iteration rounds • edge cases & decision states documented

AI as a design material
Prototype in code
Story artifact for teams
Explore LLM/agent workflows, note friction points, and translate them into product implications.
Prototype new interaction patterns in Framer/web—optimized for learnability and clarity.
Create short walkthrough/demo artifacts: problem → concept → why it matters (design + engineering).

What collaborators say
Prakhar’s handoff is production-ready—clear specs, component states, and edge-case notes. I implemented the screens fast with minimal back-and-forth.
— Raghav Pandey, Web Developer
(Implemented Framer builder)
Strong UX thinking and sharp execution. He turns research into simple decisions, improves flows, and prototypes quickly. The final UI feels premium.
— Rahul Gupta, UX Designer
